Just a reminder!!

The deadline to file your real property protest is quickly approaching! Informal meetings are still available and also offered on the day of your hearing. You can submit you protest in any of the following ways:
*Mail to PO Box 528 Mount Pleasant, TX. 75456.
*Email to [email protected]
* submit in person at 2404 W. Ferguson, Mount Pleasant.
* Place in the drop box beside the middle door.
*Utilize the online protest portal on our website (titus-cad.org).
Keep in mind, if you are mailing your protest, it MUST be post marked no later than May 15th to be considered timely.

All agricultural, timber, and wildlife applications must be submitted no later than April 30, 2026.

Applications received or postmarked after this date will be subject to a late filing penalty.

Applications may be submitted by any of the following methods:

* In person at 2404 W. Ferguson, Mount Pleasant, Texas
* By email to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])
* Through the online forms available at titus-cad.org
* By mail to P.O. Box 528, Mount Pleasant, Texas 75456

Applicants submitting by mail must ensure that applications are postmarked on or before April 30, 2026 to avoid penalty.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:: Business Personal Property Renditions are due April 15, 2026, to avoid the 10% late filed rendition penalty (Section 22.28). Section 22.23 of the Texas Property Tax Code requires that business owners file their renditions NO LATER THAN APRIL 15th. If you need an extension, you MUST request this in writing on or before April 15th. For your convenience, there are several ways to file your rendition:
*Submit your rendition through our online forms tab located on the homepage of our website (titus-cad.org).
*Drop your rendition off at our office located at 2404 W. Ferguson Mount Pleasant TX.
*Email your rendition to [email protected]
*Mail them to PO Box 528 Mount Pleasant TX 75456. Make sure that they are post marked on or before April 15th.
