Look whats happening at ICRH! During the months of June and July we are excited to have members of the CMU Women's Basketball team (Mondays and Wednesdays) and members of the CMU Football team ( Tuesdays) volunteer to serve/clean up the evening meal for our guests! These are the first 3 groups to serve and they were amazing! Thank you to these student athletes who are making a difference in their community!

Frank Graham of Rosebush donated beef to be used for meals for guests of ICRH. Frank's family has raised cattle for many years on their small farm and they were happy to help in this way. He is pictured here with his daughter Angie Coldwell. A huge thank you to the Graham family for this generous gift!

The last day of our Community Partners Week welcomed this group from The Isabella County Trial Court offices and families to serve a wonderful spaghetti dinner to our guests. Thank you for your dedication to ICRH and our guests!

These awesome volunteers from Raby's Golf Central, LLC. provided pizza and garlic bread for our guests last night plus served and cleaned up afterwards! And they also provided a lasagna for a different day! Thank you so much, it was a pleasure to have you as a community partner!

ICRH was grateful to receive a donation of handmade sleeping mats from Sacred Heart Academy. As part of a 9th-grade service project, students transformed recycled plastic bags into lightweight sleeping mats for people experiencing homelessness. Students created “plarn” (plastic yarn) and wove the mats on looms, with help from the Faith in Action and Environmental classes. The mats were a huge hit with our shelter guests, who were especially interested in the unique way they were made.

EVERY Thursday night the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe provides a full meal for our guests with some of the most delicious food and desserts! And this Thursday the Mount Pleasant Michigan Kiwanis Club came to serve the meal and visit with our guests! A huge Thank You to these great community partners.

EVERY Wednesday night The Barn Door delivers food to ICRH for our guests to enjoy! We are so grateful! And a bonus tonight.. Mt. Pleasant Jaycees members provided salad, dessert and their time to help with the meal! We have a great community!
