Summer Food Pickup Reminder – June 10

Our second Summer Food Pickup will be held on Wednesday, June 10.

Pickup Times:

10:00–11:00 a.m.

5:30–6:30 p.m.

Please allow an extra five minutes during pickup to complete a state-required form. The form will require:

-Names, addresses, and telephone numbers

-Children's names and ages

-Caregiver-authorized pickup persons

The registration link, which was previously closed, is now open again for new registrations only.

If you have already registered, please do not complete the registration form again.

New families should register by June 11 to be included in next week's pickup on June 17 and all future pickups. Please use the registration link to sign up.

We look forward to seeing you on June 10!

This is the Official Sign up for the Summer Food Service Pickup. Pickup will start on June 3rd with weekly pickups, in front of the school library doors, thru July 29. This form has to be filled out in order to participate in the Summer Food pickup.
