Our Classic Car Show is tomorrow!! Come out for special cars, vendors and more!

The rain-or-shine event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Washington Road will be closed from Cedar Blvd. to Lebanon Avenue from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The North Garage will be open, and South Garage will be open with an alternative entrance (off Florida Avenue).

*Please note: Route 19 will close to traffic in both directions in Upper St. Clair between Boyce Road and McLaughlin Run Road/McMurray Road on Sunday. Traffic will be detoured in that area. If you're traveling from further south to come to the show, keep that in mind!

Markham Elementary students thanked firefighters, police officers and EMS during a 9/11 remembrance ceremony today, marking the 25th anniversary of the terrorist attacks.

Today we honor the lives lost and the courage of first responders.

We are just about 2 weeks away from the first ever Home Town Torch Run in Lebo. The sign ups are rolling in and we'd like to keep that momentum going up to run day.

According to our contacts with Special Olympics Pennsylvania, the most participants in one of these events before was around 70 runners. We think we can shatter that number.

We want to stress that this will be a slow paced (10-15 minutes per mile) team run through our business district and ending at Mt. Lebanon High School. The run will start at the Mt. Lebanon United Lutheran Church, where ample parking is available.

Currently, West Allegheny has 20 members on their team coming to participate. We'd love to be able to top that number with Mt. Lebanon students/parents/community members.

Mt. Lebanon Police Chief Jason Haberman (at right), pictured here with Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday, at a news conference this morning to discuss successful efforts to curb organized retail theft over the last two years. In addition to his position with Mt. Lebanon, Haberman is also president of the Western Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association.

Come join us and the Mt. Lebanon School District for the Home Town Torch Run on September 18th at 9:00am!

We would love if our businesses and community members would join us for a run down Washington Road to benefit and raise awareness for Special Olympics Pennsylvania.

The run is approximately 2 miles long, spanning from Washington/Cochran Road to the Mt. Lebanon Public Safety Building and ending at Mt. Lebanon High School. This is a team run and not a race, we will run together as a group.
