Our cozy and inviting movie theater is much more than a place for evening entertainment! It's also a favorite destination for our daily Health and Wellness Program. Each morning, residents gather in this comfortable space to start their day with movement, energy, and connection. A different fitness activity is offered each day, providing a fun variety of ways to stay active and engaged. This morning, residents enjoyed a peaceful and rejuvenating Tai Chi session led by our Fitness Coordinator, Amanda. Through gentle movements, mindful breathing, and guided instruction, it was a wonderful way to embrace relaxation, balance, and well-being.
