The Morrow County Health District is seeking a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (EHS) Contractor for the agency’s Environmental Health Division. Under direction, this person will perform environmental health services on an as-needed basis to ensure compliance with applicable national, state, and local environmental health standards.
Must possess and maintain a registration as an environmental health specialist as issued by the Ohio Department of Health in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code.
All applicants must:
· Have skills in the use of computers and computer software, e.g. Microsoft Office, email, and internet search engines;
· Have a valid Ohio driver’s license, auto liability insurance, own dependable vehicle, and ability to maintain insurability under the department’s vehicle insurance policy; and
· Successfully pass a criminal background check.
