City offices are closed today, Friday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth.

Juneteenth is a time to reflect, celebrate freedom and recognize the strength, history and contributions of the Black community.

The celebration continues tomorrow, Saturday, June 20th, from 3:00 to 8:00pm at Cauley Lott Park. Come out for an afternoon of community, culture, music, food and family-friendly activities.

The Big Red Bus will be at the City of Mount Dora on Tuesday, June 16th from 9am - 1pm for a community blood drive. All donors will receive a $20 eGift card, a First Responder T-shirt and a wellness checkup.
