Yesterday we had the honor of cutting the ribbon to the Bell Center. Today started the next phase. From 2 PM until 6 PM Tuesday through Friday we will be giving tours and creating memberships.

Stop by and check out all we have to offer. Don’t forget memberships are free. Those under the age of 18 will need an adult with them to complete their membership. Middle school and high school students can get a tour after school by walking in, but we need their parents to complete the application process  before they can have a membership and utilize the facility. 

For convenience and a faster experience utilize the attached QR code to register for your account ahead of time. Then stop in and we can help you finish the process to get your membership card. 

Next week will start our soft opening where those with a membership can utilize certain areas of the Bell Center from 9 AM till 6 PM Monday through Friday. 

Saturday, September 12 will be our grand opening and community celebration. We encourage all to attend.

Registration for our NFL Flag football season will open Friday, August 7th for kids ages 5-14! See the flyer below. Spots will fill up quickly, so register ASAP to reserve your child's spot! Also, we are in need of volunteer coaches! Without you, we can't have these leagues! It's a fantastic way to give back to our youth and requires only a 2 hour a week time commitment. Volunteer head coaches do receive one free registration as our way to say thank you! Please reach out to our Athletics Supervisor if you are interested!

The City of Mount Dora is thrilled to be offering Early Eagle Before Care for Mount Dora Middle School families!

Registration is now live for Early Eagle at www.mountdora.gov/register. Care is free, but you must register your student for every week!

From August 10th – 28th, care will take place at Mount Dora Middle School from 7:00am to 8:50am. Starting on August 30th, care will take place at the NEW Nathaniel Bell Community Resource and Recreation Center from 7:00 am – 8:45 am. At 8:45, we will walk all participants to Mount Dora Middle School to make sure they make it to school!

We are so excited for this school year to start and look forward to see you all in August!

What an incredible night! Let's make Monday even bigger! ⚽

The Round of 32 Team USA watch party was an unforgettable atmosphere in downtown Mount Dora. Now it's time to do it again as Team USA takes on Belgium in the FIFA World Cup 2026 Round of 16!

🕗 Kickoff: 8:00 PM
📍 Sunset Park (230 W. 4th Avenue, Mount Dora)

Bring your chairs, wear your red, white, and blue, and join fellow fans as we cheer on Team USA on our giant LED video screen!

Make an evening of it:

🛍️ Shop our local boutiques
🍺 Pick up a to-go drink
🎉 Tailgate with friends before kickoff
