Reminder - Delinquent Notices for property tax were mailed out the first of the month. We are preparing for property tax sale in the coming weeks and publishing next week. The property tax sale is June 15. If you have questions about whether or not your taxes are current, please check online at www.iowatreasurers.org or give us a call at the office, 641-464-3230!

Yesterday morning Liz Markert was at the courthouse as part of her journey to share her daughter Emily’s Legacy. What a truly inspiring visit! As a two time recipient of transplant, her daughter’s life was extended for 15 years! Emily was passionate about encouraging others and spreading the word about signing up as an organ and tissue donor.
