REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR
PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND INSPECTION SERVICES
The County of Holt, Missouri, on behalf of the City Mound City and Craig Apartments requests separate qualifications for professional architectural and inspection services to assist the above projects being financed with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Disaster Recovery funds. The projects listed above will consist of renovations to two housing complexes, located in Mound City and Craig, Missouri, both within the County of Holt.
Information provided to the county must include:
1) The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to housing renovations/construction repairs or related work; (20% determining factor)
2) The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within a period of two year, beginning April 10, 2023; (30% determining factor)
3) The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules; (25% determining factor)
4) The firm’s proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located; and (25% determining factor)
5) References from previous clients of related work with the firm within the past five years.
6) Documentation of compliance with E-Verify requirements.
The firm(s) will be selected based on the above qualifications for each proposed project. Once the most qualified firm(s) are selected, architectural design and inspection will be negotiated separately.
The above information should be received by the County no later than 10:00am, Monday, April 3, 2023. Qualifications can be mailed or hand delivered to the County of Holt, Commissioner’s Office, 102 W. Nodaway, Oregon, MO 64473, Marked “Architectural RFQ” in the bottom left corner of the envelope. All RFQ’s will be opened, reviewed and scored for each project, beginning at 10:00am at this location in Oregon.
