Applicants must:
✏️ Reside in the household of a Colquitt EMC Member.
✏️ Be enrolled in a college or technical college with a campus/degree offerings in Colquitt EMC's service territory.
✏️ Have a minimum of 2.5 GPA

Ready to energize your career? ⚡️

Colquitt EMC is seeking a Groundman for a power line crew in the Tifton area. A high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates must have some knowledge of and experience in construction work. Applicants must hold or be able to obtain a valid Georgia Commercial Driver’s License. A test will be administered. Apply at any Colquitt EMC office from May 28 to June 12, 2026. Questions? Check out our electrical safety demonstrations and strike a pose in a bucket for a fun photo-op.
