National Night Out! August 2nd 5:30-7:30. Come on out and see us!

The Motley Fire Department is hosting National Night Out again this year at Converse Park on Tuesday, August 2nd from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. They will be providing free food and drink to everyone who attends. There will be a number of things for the family to participate in and see as there will be a number of various agencies and first responders there to show people what they do. Our department will be there as well and we are looking forward to spending time with the community and answering questions.

Have alternate ways to recieve severe weather notifications tonight.

Heads up - the NOAA Weather Radio transmitters in Leader, MN and Aitkin, MN - Covering parts of southern Cass, Crow Wing, and Aitkin counties - are down due to a telecommunications outage.
