Welding students Johnny Johnson, Lenora Harrien, and Lathan Cooper received cash awards from the American Welding Society - Pascagoula Section for their outstanding performance during the 2025–2026 school year.

This is a friendly reminder that the last day of school is tomorrow, Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Students will be dismissed from school at 60% of the day.

The schools will be released at the following times:

Kreole Primary: 12:15 pm
Escatawpa Upper: 12:20 pm
Magnolia Middle: 12:55 pm
MPHS/ALC: 1:20 pm

From grills to doors, our Welding Technology students are actively involved in numerous community projects!

These students are not just learning welding skills in the classroom. They are putting those skills to work through real-world, hands-on projects that serve our school and community. Each project gives them the opportunity to practice craftsmanship, problem-solving, teamwork, and pride in a job well done.

We are proud of the hard work, dedication, and talent our Welding Technology students continue to demonstrate. They are building more than metal projects. They are building confidence, career-ready skills, and a strong foundation for their future.

There are spots available for free STEM Camps at Magnolia Middle School this summer!

These FREE camps are open to any Moss Point School District student ages 9-16!

⏰9:00am - 2:00pm
📍Magnolia Middle School

Camp Schedules:
⚙️ June 8-11: Future Entrepreneur
⚙️ June 15-18: Engineering and Design
⚙️ June 22-25: Coding and Robotics

Please note: Lunch will no longer be provided. Students should bring a packed lunch each day. A snack will still be provided.
