Habitat for Humanity of Greater Moses Lake is accepting applications for A Brush With Kindness, our home repair and improvement program for qualifying homeowners in Moses Lake.

Right now, we’re focusing on drywall repairs and yard clean up to help seniors, veterans, and low-income homeowners keep their homes safer, cleaner, and easier to live in.

This program is a hand-up, not a hand-out. Eligibility applies, and projects are reviewed based on need, funding, volunteer support, and capacity.

If the recent storm left you with drywall damage or yard cleanup you cannot handle alone, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Moses Lake may be able to help through our A Brush With Kindness program.

🏠 We help qualified Moses Lake homeowners with smaller home repair and cleanup needs, including drywall repair, yard cleanup, debris cleanup, handrail repairs, and other safety-focused projects.

This program is designed to support seniors, veterans, and low-income individuals or families who own and live in their home in Moses Lake.

Applicants must own the home, live in Moses Lake, have homeowner’s insurance, meet income guidelines, and be able to contribute toward project costs and sweat equity requirements.

Support depends on the type of project, available funding, volunteers, contractors, and approval.
