Drought Level 1 Advisory – Help Us Conserve Water

The City of Morven is currently under a Level 1 Drought Response as designated by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division.

At this stage, there are no mandatory restrictions, but we are asking all residents and businesses to voluntarily conserve water where possible. Below are just a few measures you could take to help.

- Limit outdoor watering
- Fix leaks promptly
- Turn off water when not in use

If you must water your lawn please do so between the hours of 4 PM and 10 AM to help reduce loss due to evaporation.

Brooks County has issued a Countywide No‑Burn Ban under the current State of Emergency. All outdoor burning is prohibited — no exceptions.
If you are caught burning anything, you will receive a citation.
