The Morton High School Gym echoed this morning as the Morton Panther cheer team debuted for the upcoming 26-27 season. Pom Pom’s ruffled and cheers rang loud as the Panthers showed great excitement for the upcoming year. From the pyramids to the all together moves, this team has shown they are practiced, prepared, and ready to cheer on our Panthers this fall.

Thanks to all our Morton faculty volunteers and community members who came to help. Registration was a great success. We are looking forward to a wonderful 26-27 school year.

All students MUST register on June 16 or June 17 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Please bring all required documentation with you.

Free translators will be provided. No outside translators will be allowed.

Students will NOT be able to pick up their schedules at Open House unless they have completed registration.

Player Spotlight: Dolph McDonald (Morton)

One of the top 15 football recruits in the state of Mississippi! Can do it all over the field, but is an elite corner. He is 6’1 160lbs and super athletic. He has offers from schools such as Colorado, Mississippi State, Auburn and Arkansas. A possible Dandy Dozen member. Won a state championship with the basketball team this past season.

Not enough words can express how deeply grateful we are for this sweet lady. For 30 years, she has poured her heart and soul into every student who crossed her path. Through her influence and dedication, many of those students have gone on to become teachers themselves.

Ms. Robin Crotwell has made an incredible impact on countless lives throughout her 30 years in education. Not only have students been blessed by her kindness and guidance, but coworkers, administrators, and parents as well.

As Ms. Crotwell completes this chapter of her journey, we wish her nothing but the very best in all of her new endeavors. Thank you for 30 wonderful years of love, dedication, and service to education. Your legacy will live on through the many lives you have touched.
