Volunteers Needed for Morton Grove Days 2026!

The Morton Grove Days Commission is seeking volunteers for the annual Morton Grove Days celebration, taking place Thursday, July 2 through Sunday, July 5, 2026.

Volunteers are needed each day from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM to help make this great community tradition possible!

This is a wonderful opportunity to:
✅ Meet fellow residents
✅ Get involved in the community
✅ Support a long-standing Morton Grove tradition
✅ Have fun while making a difference

Whether you can volunteer one evening or multiple days, your help is greatly appreciated and plays an important role in the success of the event.

ComEd has launched the Small-Medium Business Customer Relief Fund to help offset rising PJM supply costs impacting electric bills for eligible businesses.

The program is designed to provide financial assistance to qualifying small and medium-sized business customers as energy costs continue to increase. Local business owners are encouraged to review eligibility requirements and apply for available support.

Applications open June 15, 2026, and funding will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while funds last. The application will open on June 15th via https://nhschicago.org/

Residents are invited to attend the Dempster Corridor Plan Workshop on Tuesday, June 17, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Morton Grove Civic Center, 6140 Dempster Street.

This workshop is an opportunity for community members to review the draft corridor plan, share feedback, offer suggestions, and help shape the future vision for the Dempster Corridor. Resident input is an important part of the planning process, and all are encouraged to attend and participate in the discussion.
