The Interfaith Food Alliance (IFA) is a coalition of faith communities in Bucks County, PA who seek to alleviate food insecurity within our neighborhoods. We accomplish this through Advocacy, Service, and Education. We believe together we can accomplish more than any 1 individual or organization can alone. Our partnerships include civic organizations, businesses, individuals, elected officials, an

d other non-profit foundations. As a grassroots volunteer-based organization, we have no paid staff All contributions support the mission of IFA. The IFA operates the Family Backpack Center. The Center provides a supplemental food source for children and their families in the Morrisville School District who have been identified as food insecure. The Family Backpack Center is staffed by volunteers. The shelves are stocked with food donated by our partner faith communities, local farms, grocery stores, and financial contriutions from individuals, businesses, and organizations. Hi everyone!

It’s been a while since we’ve shared our most needed items list so we wanted to provide an update on our current inventory needs.

Donations can be dropped off at 400 Cobbler Court, Yardley, or left at the door of Morrisville United Methodist Church. If donating at the church, please label your items “IFA”.

Join friends of the IFA, Pennsbury Kids and Snipes Farm as we enjoy a beautiful evening on the farm to help fight food insecurity in Bucks County. It’s sure to be a fun night supporting a great cause!

June 13 - Get your tickets now! Individual tickets or Table of 6. Buy a table and recruit your friends!

Join Pennsbury Kids, Interfaith Food Alliance and Snipes Farm & Education Center for a community dinner in the big red barn at Snipes. Friends, music, food, farm tours - and raising money to fight food insecurity in lower Bucks County.

Individual tickets are $50; Table of 6 is $270.

This is a bring-your-own event but we do have prepared meals available from Ardana for sale on the website.

A huge THANK YOU to the residents of 19067 for your overwhelming generosity during Saturday’s Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. Because of your donations and support, more than 31,000 pounds of food were collected and distributed providing each of our four local pantries with close to 8,000 pounds of food to help food insecure families in our community.

We are so grateful to everyone who volunteered their time to help sort the collections throughout the day.

Special thanks to McCaffrey's of Yardley and Giant of Morrisville for generously donating sandwich trays to help feed our volunteers.

It truly was a great day, and a beautiful reminder of what our community can accomplish when we come together. Thank you, 19067!

Once a year, USPS letter carriers help organize the largest single-day food drive in the U.S. 💌 This Saturday, May 9, you can participate in the Stamp Out Hunger ™ food drive hosted by the National Association of Letter Carriers. Simply leave a bag of non-perishable food next to your mailbox, and your mail carrier will handle the rest 🥫

We are so grateful to the Middletown Rotary Club for their incredibly generous donation of $1,500 worth of food AND $300 worth of laundry detergent to our pantry!
They partnered with Grocery Outlet in Fairless Hills to make the whole process seamless… ordering exactly the items we needed, packaging everything up, and even offering some amazing deals that stretched the donation even further!

Thank you both for going above and beyond for our community!
