DO NOT put combustible items out for bulk Item Pickup week!!!! This is my cul-de-sac this morning. Thank goodness for the quick thinking of the GFL driver & the quick response of the Morrisville Fire/Rescue Department. No one hurt, thank goodness. After seeing the back of the truck smoldering, the driver made the right decision to dump the load. He & the truck are fine. A mess can always be cleaned up. Which is what they are doing right now.
