Hello Dancers!

I am currently in the process of changing jobs. That said, we have only two more WCS classes scheduled until I have to take an extended break for my orientation period and transition into my new position.

Something to ponder...How does compression and expansion play into connection?

Tonight, August 15th we will be talking more about connection! For the Leaders, we will be talking more about how to create power and energy without "pulling" on the followers. I WANT MORE! (at least in this case :-) and also how to move the anchors (on purpose). More playful anchors for the Followers that do not disturb or interrupt the Leaders as well as how to absorb the power and energy he has given you...An added bonus - how to speed up your turns using connection!

What does connection mean? Only ONE more lessons to find out! Keep in mind, without connection, there is no communication. Without communication, there is no lead and/or follow! Now we go into this downhill spiral of confusion!

All moves are cool in class until you "try" to lead them on the social floor only to have to bail out midway through because the follower doesn't understand the lead (confusion).

Guys, our plan is to talk specifically how to communicate through connection so she understands exactly what you want from her.

Ladies, we will talk about our response through connection so we understand and respond quickly to his request. It's a bit counterintuitive...

Hello Dancers! We are back on tonight, July 11th. This time we would like to take a lesson (or two) to talk about the ultimate connection! Connection with your partner is EVERYTHING!

Leaders, all moves are cool until you "try" to lead them on the social floor only to have to bail out midway through because the follower doesn't understand the lead...

Followers, you've just missed a lead and realized what he wanted after the fact! Crap! You knew the move, even have seen other followers do it 100 times but seem to miss the lead more than not...

Leaders and followers alike...connection will solve most if not all of your problems. Come check it out!
