Morris County project is repaving Mount Hope Avenue/CR 661
New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) officials today announced the I-80 ramps to and from Mount Hope Avenue/CR 661 will be closed and detoured tonight and tomorrow for a county milling and paving project in Rockaway, Morris County.
Beginning at 8 p.m. tonight, Thursday, August 19 until 6 a.m. tomorrow, Morris County’s contractor is scheduled to close and detour I-80 westbound Exit 35A to Mount Hope Avenue/CR 661 southbound/Dover and I-80 eastbound Exit 35 to Mount Hope Avenue /CR 661 northbound and southbound/Mount Hope/Dover. These closures are required for milling and paving on Mount Hope Avenue/CR 661.
Beginning at 8 p.m. tomorrow, Friday, August 20 until 6 a.m. Saturday, August 21, I-80 westbound Exit 35B to Mount Hope Avenue/CR 661/Mount Hope is scheduled to be closed and detoured for milling and paving. Motorists are advised to follow the signed detours or plan alternate routes.
