Built in 1904, Alnwick Hall is today the only remaining mansion on “Millionaire’s Row,” which dotted Madison Avenue in Morristown 100 years ago. Originally owned by Edward and Rosaline Meany, the Abbey recently returned to prominence as host of this year’s Mansions in May fundraiser for the Women’s Association for the Morristown Medical Center. andeur by many area designers for the event. Now that the event is over, however, the future of this great Morristown landmark is in jeopardy. The “Save the Abbey” campaign has been created to prevent the Abbey from being demolished.
