Today we received a Certificate of Appreciation from the National Director of AARP Driver safety. The certificate was presented by S.M. Saleem, Tennessee State Coordinator of AARP Driver Safety.

It started out rainy and ended up rainy, but in between was beautiful. Today, we ventured to Greeneville to NPAC to see Hannah Harper. Wow!!! What a beautiful voice!! And the music was wonderful. They always treat us so good at NPAC.
Then we went to The Farmer’s Daughter for a delicious meal!
Another great day!!

We have 9 tickets available for Hannah Harper’s Concert tomorrow (Saturday, Sept 12th) at 2 pm at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center in Greeneville.

If you would like to go with our Center, we are leaving at 12:30; show at 2 pm, then dinner at The Farmer’s Daughter. Cost of trip is $70 (includes ticket, dinner, gratuity & transportation)

If you would like to purchase the tickets only- the cost is $36.

We are home from our 7 day/6 night Michigan trip! We had a wonderful time, but we are glad to be home. BUT- who turned the heat on?!?!? We will take the 60-70 degrees back please!!

Post 1 of Day 6- Michigan trip. We started the day with a beautiful sunrise. We headed toward Frankenmuth- a little Bavarian Village. Our first stop was to Zehnders Restaurant for their famous chicken dinner. We enjoyed some free time for shopping. We drove through the covered bridge, then headed to Bronner’s Christmas World. It is the largest Christmas store in the world. They had a little bit of everything!
