Every community has a story, and Hispanic Heritage Month is an opportunity to celebrate the people, cultures, and traditions that continue to shape ours.

From September 15 through October 15, the Town of Morristown joins communities across the nation in recognizing Hispanic Heritage Month and honoring the lasting contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans.

A small step toward a cleaner Morristown!
Through our Clean Communities Program, we recently received six stainless steel cigarette receptacles from TerraCycle. They have been installed at various locations throughout town to help reduce cigarette litter and make it easier to properly dispose of cigarette butts.
Cigarette butts are one of the most commonly littered items and can be harmful to our environment and waterways.
We hope these new receptacles will help keep our streets and public spaces cleaner. If you smoke, please help us out and use the receptacles!
Every little bit helps keep Morristown clean.

On September 11, we pause to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost in the attacks of 2001 and honor the bravery of the first responders, military members, and everyday citizens who answered the call in the days that followed.

The Town of Morristown joins communities across the nation in remembering this day with gratitude, reflection, and respect.

The Town of Morristown is hosting a Free Rabies Vaccination Clinic for eligible dogs and cats. Walk-ins are welcome!
