The B&M is getting new carpet! (It will be reflected in next year's rates)

The new dock cribs that replace the old one that has collapsed. We didn't try to get the old one out.

Two Amish brothers came and installed two new cribs under the B&M dock today. Better pictures coming.

The B&M dock survived this year's flooding with only minor damage. We do however, have a crib that is collapsing and is going to be replaced with two new ones. Our good friend and neighbor Michele has assisted us with the cutting, drilling and other prep work to get the beams ready for assembly and installation under the dock. We have two Amish brothers coming to help us with that part of the operation. I will try to photo document that process as best as I can without violation of the Amish rules of privacy.

The seawall is also going to be raised up about 12 to 18 inches to stop the river from washing away our yard. That process will begin in about three weeks. I'll photo document that also.
