We hosted a super fun tropical themed Sip and Sparkle for our clients this past week, sponsored by The night was filled with fun, laughter, and connection while the girls completed diamond art paintings. 🍹🌺✨
The event of course couldn’t be complete without delicious food from the frog and refreshing mocktails. At the end of the evening, each attendee went home with a Self Care goodie bag, kindly donated by

🌱✨ Healing Gardens ✨🌱

During the summer, at our Center, we create a special space for our clients’ moms, where they can connect with nature, learn, enjoy fun activities, and have a space to speak freely and heal. 💚

Throughout this time, we have planted different fruits, and today we get to see the results of all that hard work and dedication: the harvest! 🌱🍓✨

Each fruit represents the care, effort, and dedication we have put into this process. Today, we celebrate the results of what we have planted and nurtured together. 🌿

Thank you to Family Connections A Nonprofit and Partnership Maternal Child NJ , for the invitation to the Morris County Community Baby Shower 🍼💙 It was an honor to connect with so many families in the community, especially new and expecting mothers and families with young children.

We were also grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with other community agencies, share the services Deirdre’s House provides, and help families learn about the resources available to them.

As the new school year approaches, it’s more important than ever to make sure students know where to turn and how to respond in different situations.

For the past 10 years, we have proudly hosted our Game of Life event, giving schools across Morris County the opportunity to connect with us and many other local agencies that provide valuable resources and support for students and families.

Through this interactive experience, participants learn about the services available in our community and where to seek help when they need it most.

This month, we hosted our annual Back-to-School Event 📚🎒
Where the children and families we serve throughout Morris County enjoyed a day filled with fun, creativity, and connection. From making flower crowns and dragon magnets to many other exciting activities, it was a memorable day for everyone.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of the volunteers from Intact Insurance. Thank you for partnering with us, supporting our mission, and helping bring smiles to the faces of the children we serve.

Every child who comes through the doors of Deirdre’s House is offered a snack—a small gesture that can provide comfort, care, and a sense of normalcy during what may be one of the hardest days of their life.

Our snack shelves are running low, and we’d be so grateful for your help. Take a look at the flyer to see the individually wrapped snacks we’re currently accepting. Every donation, big or small, helps us make each child feel welcomed and supported.
