Welcome! Family Matters of Morris County was established to meet the needs New Jersey's children and parents. Family Matters provide services to those who are required to have supervised contact as a result of family disputes and behavioral risks. We also offer Parent Coordination for those involved in high-conflict divorce and custody matters in need of a neutral third party to reduce conflict and help shift focus onto the needs of their children.

It is clear that there are limited services available to ensure that children and parents involved in high-conflict divorce or custody cases are able to maintain a healthy relationship. Parents are often court ordered to have supervised visitation with their children while issues relating to custody and parenting time are addressed in family court. Supervised parenting time might be required in cases involving domestic violence, mental health, substance abuse or child abuse allegations.

Family Matters of Morris County's goal is to provide a supportive and friendly environment where parents and their children can spend meaningful time together without conflict, and to improve relationships.
