The 6th grade girls volleyball game scheduled for tomorrow, September 3, at Dixon Catholic has been moved to Morrison and will now be a home game.

Dixon Catholic does not have air conditioning, and with the anticipated temperatures, we feel this is the best decision for the safety and comfort of our players and fans.

The game will begin at 4:30 PM at MJHS.

We will travel to Dixon Catholic on September 21 for a 5:00 PM game.

Friday Night Football Is Back!

We’re excited to welcome our students, families, alumni, and community members to another great season of Morrison football! We love seeing our stands filled with Mustang pride and appreciate everyone who comes out to support our athletes.

As we begin our home football games, we are implementing a few new safety procedures to help make sure our games remain a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming experience for everyone.

Safety is our top priority. At the same time, we want our fans to relax, cheer loudly, support our athletes, and enjoy everything that makes Friday night football special!

Please take a few minutes to review the attached Home Football Game Safety Procedures before attending a game. These guidelines are designed to help us keep everyone safe while allowing our community to continue enjoying the excitement and tradition of Mustang football.

We appreciate your cooperation, patience, and support as we put these procedures into place. When we all do our part, we can create a safe and positive environment for our students, athletes, families, and fans.

Thank you for helping us make home football games a great experience for everyone!

The Morrison Athletic Boosters presented a check for $37,892.73 to the District. This is the amount the athletic boosters sported the Morrison Jr. High School and Morrison High School sports teams for the 2025-2026 sports season. Purchases included in the amount are tournament fees, Hudl, wrestling mat, track starting blocks, team bags for volleyball and softball, race clock, pitching machine and rebounder nets and net roller.

Each year the Morrison Athletic Boosters covers tournament fees and equipment requests from coaches for the school year, which average over $20,000 per year. They are able to do this through the community supporting their main fundraisers, which include the annual golf tournament, working fair gates during the Whiteside County Fair and annual Mouse Race. Thank you to the community for your support in helping the "team behind the team".
