Morris Fire Department added two new pieces of equipment recently. Medical calls make up the majority of any fire department these days. Because of this fact, updated equipment is a necessity to provide the best care possible. Recently, the fire department purchased two new ZOLL AED’s that can and will be used during cardiac arrests. These new AED’s are essential and will provide early defibrillation when needed. Working with Emergency Medical Service, A Trust(EMSAT) these AED’s were purchased due to the fact that they interchange with the cardiac monitors each ambulance carries. This saves time and supplies and will help with seamless patient handoffs. This wouldn’t be possible without the support of our community and our county. Thank you so much for all of your support!

“WE REMEMBER”!! Tonight we honored the 343 Firefighter lives that were lost during the senseless act of terrorism on our country. We walk to remember the sacrifices that were made that day by brave men and women helping others. We had an Amazing group of people show up tonight that walked with us. We are proud to serve our community and grateful for those we serve. Thank you!

Meet us at the Fire Department at 7:00pm and walk to Eagles Park and back. Please share this post and get the word out for us.
