Here is a short Story about this guy Kevin Redd. He interviewed for a job with us about a year ago.

He did great and scored very high but we went a different direction and hired another officer. Now this would have stopped most people but Kevin is a rock and kept in touch almost every month looking for a job with us. He ended up going to post and with a month left of his post we had a job opening.

Kevin's persistent work moved him forward and honestly it was a easy hire for us because he showed he really wanted to work here.

Everyone congratulate our newest hire Officer Redd and he also graduated from the police academy last night..
