It's Christmas Festival Tree Time! Christmas Tree sales have started for the 2025 Clay Center Christmas Festival. You can complete the attached forms and return to Mayos or Laura Schwartz. You can also purchase your tree online! Go to https://www.claycentercif.org/donate/Clay-Center-Christmas-Festival-Fund and fill in your information, pay the $75, and put the title of your sign in the box titled, “Notes about my gift”. We hope to fill the Courthouse square again this year! We are sending a special Thank YOU to all of you who purchased trees this year! You not only make the courthouse square more beautiful with your tree purchase, but you also provide financial support to Christmas Sharing, Lincoln Creek 4-H, & Clay Center FFA. We want to add a big thank you to Clay Center FFA and CCCHS Tiger Wrestling for changing your schedules to come help take down the trees and decorations at the courthouse. We appreciate it so much! We also want to thank Lincoln Creek 4-H for your time in keeping the trees watered this past month! We have great kids in our community that help in doing great things for our community!

Thank you to everyone that helped make last nights Christmas parade and tree lighting a success! Thank you to the Clay County Fairboard for providing the stage and sound. Stark Studios for their performances, the high school cheer team with their dance performance and Renee Langvart with the Christmas story. Also a big shout out to our parade announcers Eric Hunt and Mike Peerson. And one last thank you to the county commissioners for supporting us with the 20 foot tree.

Thank you, Clay County, for your generosity! We are sold out of Christmas Trees for the 2024 festival! And thank you to the FFA and 4-H members who helped get all the trees set up this weekend. Let the decorating begin!
