When elected Roger will work to improve the climate for business to provide job opportunities for our Youth. If West Virginia can attract and keep businesses that provide good quality jobs with living wages over the long term the state ends up with more available tax dollars to improve infrastructure, better schools with smaller class sizes, social programs for Seniors and the less fortunate. To a

ccomplish this I also believe we need to increase our support of coal and Gas exploration using proven technology to protect our environment at the same time. In addition if we expand our technology centers that increases the opportunity for research and development right here in West Virginia! I will Promise to always protect the Right to Life and vote to maintain the integrity of our Constitution including our Bill of Rights. I support Law Enforcement, Fire Services and EMS responders and their efforts to care for our communities and their welfare. Freedom of Religion has always been a right that I especially cherish and I will fight with all the effort I have to maintain that right for every West Virginian.
