๐ŸŒŸ Shoutout to the incredible social workers across West Virginia! ๐ŸŒŸ

Every day, you navigate complex systems, advocate for those who need it most, and bring hope to individuals and families during their most challenging transitions. Your dedication doesn't go unnoticed.

At RTNS, we're honored to support the social workers who are the backbone of our communities - from the Northern Panhandle to the coalfields, and everywhere in between.

๐Ÿ’™ It's 10 Question Tuesday! ๐Ÿ’™

This week, we're encouraging parents and caregivers to check in with their kids about mental health and wellness. Sometimes the best support starts with simply asking the right questions.

Pick a question (or a few!) from the NAMI list and start a meaningful conversation with your child today. These questions are designed to help you understand what's on their mind, what they're excited about, and how you can best support their mental well-being.

Remember: There's no "perfect" way to have these conversations. Just showing up and listening makes all the difference. ๐Ÿ’š

๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’™ Breaking Down Barriers to Recovery

What happens when someone needs help for both mental health and substance useโ€”but the system makes them choose which to treat first?

Too often, people are told "we only do psychiatry" or "come back when your symptoms are stable." This sequential approach creates barriers exactly when support is needed most.

The solution? Integrated care.

In this powerful video, clinicians and people in recovery share why treating the whole person - simultaneously, not sequentially - changes everything:
