This past week, the Morgantown Area Partnership hosted a Business Before Hours at HealthWorks Rehab & Fitness.

Partnership members and community professionals started their day connecting over coffee and pastries while learning more about HealthWorks’ services and space. The event created a great opportunity to build relationships, exchange ideas and engage with Morgantown’s business community before the workday began.

We were proud to celebrate a new chapter for a longstanding Morgantown business with a ribbon cutting at Jim Robinson Group Insurance, now under the ownership of David Igono.

Following our Business Before Hours yesterday morning, attendees made their way over to celebrate this milestone and learn more about the Jim Robinson Group and David’s vision for the future. It was a great opportunity to connect, support local business growth and welcome new leadership into our business community.

The Morgantown Area Partnership joined the North Central WV Home Builders Association on Friday, March 27 to kick off the 48th Annual Morgantown Home Show with a ribbon cutting at the Hazel & J.W. Ruby Community Center.

The Partnership held a ribbon cutting alongside participating vendors to officially launch the show, bringing together a wide range of home improvement, building and remodeling professionals from across the region and more. Join them for the final day tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.!

The Morgantown Area Partnership (The Partnership) is a coordinated alliance to pursue holistic strategies for the betterment of economic, business, and community development.

Comprised of the Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce, the Monongalia County Development Authority, the Morgantown Area Economic Partnership and Campus Neighborhoods Revitalization Corporation, the Partnership’s goal is to enhance the roles and impact of each entity to further position our community as a destination to live, work and play.

Working together alongside business, government, non-profit, and quasi-governmental partners, The Partnership will work to continue to lead the state forward, become a destination of choice within the mid-Atlantic region and demonstrate how passion and collaboration fueled by one, unified vision can ensure prosperity for future generations.
