It's Home Safety Month! Button batteries can be found in everyday items, but they pose serious risks to young children if swallowed. Here are some tips to remember to keep your kids safe around button batteries:

• Keep coin lithium battery-controlled devices out of sight and reach of children.

• Keep loose batteries locked away, or place a piece of duct tape over the controller to prevent small children from accessing the battery.

• Share this life-saving information with caregivers, friends, family members and sitters. It only takes a minute and it could save a life.

💙 Men’s Health Week 2026 | 15–21 June 💙

This Men’s Health Week, we’re celebrating the power of small, positive changes. The theme, “One Step at a Time – Progress, Not Perfection,” is a reminder that better health doesn’t happen overnight—it’s built through simple, consistent actions every day.

Whether it’s being more active, checking in on your mental wellbeing, booking a health appointment, or reaching out to someone you trust, every step forward matters. This week, take time to focus on your health and encourage the men in your life to do the same.

A healthier future starts with one step today. 💙

June is Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month 💜

This month, we stand with those living with Alzheimer’s disease, their caregivers, and families affected by memory loss and dementia. Raising awareness about brain health is an important step toward early detection, support, and better care.

Take time to care for your brain by staying active, eating healthy, getting quality sleep, and staying connected with loved ones.

Together, we can spread awareness, support research, and help end the stigma surrounding Alzheimer’s disease.
