🎆 LEAVE THE FIREWORKS TO THE PROS.

In seconds, fireworks can turn dry grass into a fast growing wildfire and a fun celebration into life-altering injuries.

Every year, fireworks spark preventable fires and send thousands of people to the emergency room. SKIP THE RISK. Attend a professional fireworks show and help keep your community safe this Fourth of July.

On June 22-26, 2026, CAL FIRE Santa Clara Unit, in collaboration with Santa Clara County Parks, will be conducting a Vegetation Management Project (VMP) within Grant Ranch Park.

The three day project helps to reduce the risk of large, damaging wildfires by reducing fire hazards in wildland areas ultimately enhancing safety to the public and fire personnel.

BE ADVISED: Smoke may be visible from the valley floor.

USE CAUTION if traveling through the area, as fire equipment and personnel will be working in and around the park.

See News Release for further details.

🚫 Your drone DOESN’T belong in a Fire Zone!

When a drone enters restricted airspace, all firefighting aircraft in the area must stop flying immediately. Our aircraft fly low and fast through the same airspace that drones occupy, and the risk of a mid-air collision is very real.

We're tracking a record number of drones flying in active fire zones this year. Every drone that enters firefighting airspace delays critical work in containing wildfires and puts our firefighters' lives at greater risk.

Do your part in keeping California safe and keep your drone on the ground.

If you fly, we can't. 🚁
