Training today. Ready always. 💪

Recently, we hosted members from the 146th Civil Engineer Squadron at our Regional Training Site to take part in a weeklong bivouac training course giving Airmen the opportunity to sharpen critical skills and work in a hands-on environment.

Training our partners and across the force makes us better, strengthening the skills, confidence, and teamwork our Airmen rely on when the mission calls and helping us maintain a force that is capable, lethal, and ready to respond. Anytime, anywhere.

⛽ Every mission needs fuel. But FSS taste the best. 🍳

While our Civil Engineer Airmen put their skills to work across the Seward Military Resort, our 163d Force Support Airmen kept 39 hungry Grizzlys fed and ready to go.

Our Services Airmen weren't just supporting the DFT, they were training, too. Conducting food service operations in a remote area gave them an opportunity to sharpen the mission-essential skills they'll be expected to bring to deployed environments.

Fuel the Airmen. Fuel the mission. 🐻🍽️

🐻 Grizzlys spotted in Alaska!

Build. Sustain. Improve. 🔨

More than 39 of our Grizzlys traded the Golden State for the Last Frontier, traveling to the remote Seward, Alaska, for a deployment for training (DFT) at the Seward Military Resort.

From trenching and concrete placement to electrical work, roofing and metal wrapping, our Civil Engineer Airmen are putting their skills to work across the Seward Military Resort, improving a facility that serves military members and their families while sharpening mission-essential skills they'll rely on in deployed environments.

California Grizzlys in Alaska? Don't worry. These ones came to build. 🐻🔨

⛽️ Fueling the Mission✈️

Behind every flight is a team of Petroleum, Oils and Lubricants Airmen ensuring aircraft have the fuel needed to operate.

POL Airmen inspect and maintain fuel trucks before delivering fuel directly to aircraft on the flightline, ensuring they are prepared to support the next mission.

🚜 Mobility that Matters 🚍

From daily transportation to support beyond the installation, the ground transportation team keeps people, equipment and cargo moving, providing the mobility for mission readiness.

Ground transportation manages a fleet of 32 vehicles, licenses qualified drivers, and supports a variety of operations with joint partners, civil authorities, and here at home.

⚡️ The mission starts before takeoff. ⚡️

Before an MQ-9 Reaper launches, Aerospace Ground Equipment Airmen make sure the equipment supporting it is ready, too. From checking wiring and tires to 🛢️ changing oil 🔧 , they keep the generators that power ground operations safe, reliable and mission ready.

It’s the work behind the work that keeps sorties moving. ⚡️✈️
