Our Eucalyptus Community Health Center is officially open! 🥳 We're proud to partner with the Moreno Valley Unified School District to expand healthcare services to the community.

Located in the MVUSD Health and Wellness Center, the health center is open Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We provide a range of services, including primary care, pediatric care, sports physicals, vaccinations and perinatal care, all in one convenient location.

Most patients are covered through Medi-Cal managed care plans like IEHP and Molina, and we offer income-based discounts for those without insurance. With a strong commitment to quality and compassionate care, we are here to support your health every step of the way.
