I would like to thank the ones that helped us get through this election as always.

First getting ready for it that takes about three months or longer. Roberta Earley for long days. Tonya Arnold for working alongside Roberta with Absentee Ballot calls and walk-in excused early voting and the County Board of Elections.

Second Trip Greenhill and Matt Hamilton for helping us get ready for the no excused three day voting. The both of them were awesome as always !! They always go above and beyond to accommodate us.

Third the Rowan County Fiscal Court, Rowan County Attorney Cecil Watkins, Rowan County Jailer Wes Coldiron, Rowan County Sheriff’s Department and Steve Kelsey and his crew that helped setup the voting locations, and bringing the equipment back safe.

Fourth my employees for their help on election day that took a lot of phone calls and help with the return of election equipment. You guy’s are amazing!!! Elections are not easy. It takes about three months to get ready for and a lot of dedication. Then on election day it’s about a 16 hour day. But we handle it well.

Last but not least the Precinct Workers!!! It couldn’t happen without you!! Thank all of you so much for your dedication and to all the voters that came out to cast your ballot!!

The Rowan County Clerk’s Office is proud to announce a major records storage
expansion project set for completion this August.
This initiative was developed to ensure the long-term preservation and
accessibility of county records, as storage needs continue to grow. The project
features a custom electric high-density mobile shelving system designed
specifically for the Rowan County Clerk’s Office records storage area. The new
system will provide an estimated 60 additional years of storage while improving
overall organization, resulting in safer and more efficient access to critical
documents.
Funded through HSB 1 and storage fee revenue, this project reflects a
commitment to long-term planning, strengthening operational efficiency, and
ensuring continued service to the community.
By taking action now, the Clerk’s Office is not only solving today’s challenges but
building a foundation for the future.
