Four Town First Aid Squad Four Town First Aid Squad is a not-for-profit emergency medical service.

Four Town First Aid Squad is made up of a combination of paid and volunteer staff consisting of full-time paramedics, part-time paramedics and volunteers. The ambulances provide our service area with both basic and advanced life support with transportation to area hospitals.

Today we commentate 25 years ago the worst disaster on American soil, and the many lives lost. Both civilian and first responders.

We also recognize the hundreds of first responders and ambulances that went to ground zero days after the disaster to help out.

New York State put out the request for a Mass Casualty Incident. Help was needed to respond to NYC.

Four Town, Owasco & Throop ambulances answered the call. The bags were packed, and crews responded to help.

Whether it's a heart attack, stroke, fall or a car accident, we at Four Town and EMT's & Paramedics all over are ready to care for you and transport you to an appropriate hospital.

We recognize the staff here at Four Town and thank them for their service & dedication to our community
