Yesterday on Adventures in Real Estate…
Rarely do we find a house that needs to be burned completely to the ground. Foundation included.
But when you spot an eight-legged invader in the window from across the house, the showing is over.
House is no longer insurable. Financing denied. Appraisal canceled. Title company has been notified. Property has been condemned by me personally.
Burn the house down. Burn the neighboring houses down. Probably take out the entire development just to make sure there aren't any stragglers.
At this point, we're not buying real estate anymore. We're establishing a federally mandated spider exclusion zone.
It was a spider.
A very large spider.
And that spider now owns the house
