Thank you to everyone who joined us this past Saturday! We are so thankful for all of our presenters that gave such great information and everyone that was able to join us both in person and over Zoom. We had a great turn out and cannot wait to do it all again in the Fall!

Community Foundations has acquired a home in Mooresville, NC for resale. The house is set up for a person with disabilities. It must be sold and is NOT available for rental.

We would love to be able to support a veteran or someone who could use the features of this home. It has a large deck and a transport system within three rooms. The house must to be sold to someone within the income guidelines set by HUD and there is the potential for down payment assistance of up to $50,000.

We are a HUD certified housing counseling agency and have been working in Mooresville for 25 years. We can assess potential applicants for eligibility at no cost to them.
