Congratulations to Mrs. Taylor and Mrs. Bass for the incredible work they do in our preschool classrooms each day. They help lay the foundation for learning, routines, relationships, and growth for some of our youngest Pioneers. Their patience, creativity, and care help build strong beginnings that will last for years to come! 👧👦

Congratulations to Mr. Brandon Judy! Mr. Judy goes above and beyond for both students and staff every single day. Whether he is helping solve a problem, connecting with students, or stepping in wherever needed, he always does it with a positive attitude and a big smile on his face. We are so thankful for all he does to help make NAES a welcoming place for everyone! 😀

Huge congratulations to one of our amazing 2nd grade students for earning a PERFECT score on the IREAD-3 assessment! What an incredible accomplishment and a reflection of hard work and determination.

A special shoutout to the teachers who helped support and guide him along the way — Miss Ramseyer, Mrs. Knierim, and Mrs. Skiles. Thank you for helping build such a strong foundation in literacy from Kindergarten through 2nd grade!

We are so proud of his achievement! ⭐️

Friday we wrapped up the school year with our End of the Year Convocation filled with celebration and fun!

We recognized the accomplishments of our students and staff, honored our “new to Neil” teachers from this school year, and shared many moments of laughter and appreciation together.

We ended the event with a spirited summer relay before lining the halls one final time to cheer on our 6th graders during their annual walk through NAES.

Did you know that NAES proudly hosts a graduation pathway partnership with Mooresville High School?

Students in the MHS Early Childhood Education pathway spend time at NAES working alongside our staff in Pre-K through 2nd grade classrooms. These students help support learning, build relationships with our younger learners, and gain valuable hands-on experience that will benefit them in many future roles.

Whether they become parents, educators, nurses, community leaders, or enter other career fields, the skills they are building through patience, communication, leadership, and compassion will serve them well for years to come. We are grateful for this partnership and proud to help support the next generation of caring and dedicated community members!

Last week there were a lot to fun events. One was 6th Grade Day! We kicked off the morning with a special pancake breakfast alongside their families. From there, students enjoyed a fun-filled field day before ending the day with a trip to Urban Air Adventure Park.

We are so proud of our 6th graders and all they have accomplished at NAES! 🎉💙
