🔄🎓 **TEACHER/STUDENT SWAP DAY!** 🎓🔄

Things got a little mixed up at Newby today! 😂 Our students stepped into the shoes of our teachers, while our teachers got to experience the day from a student’s perspective!

From mini teachers to grown-up students, we had SO much fun seeing everyone get into the spirit! 💙💛

🦇✨ **The Bat Signal Award is on the move!** ✨🦇

Our amazing cafeteria staff recently passed the **Bat Signal Award** to someone who truly embodies what it means to jump in wherever she is needed — **Mrs. Boone, our incredible school counselor!** 💙💛

Mrs. Boone wears SO many hats throughout the school day! Whether she is providing basic care, offering emotional support, serving as a breakfast waitress, helping students through the lunch line, sitting with students at lunch, or simply being a caring adult who is there when a student needs someone — she is always ready to help. 🫶

And her support doesn't stop with our students! Mrs. Boone is there for our **teachers and staff**, too. She is constantly moving, connecting, checking in, encouraging, and making a difference wherever she goes.

She doesn't just wait for someone to ask for help — **she sees a need and jumps in!** That is exactly what the Bat Signal Award is all about. 🦇

Thank you, Mrs. Boone, for being such a caring, compassionate, and ALL-IN member of our Pioneer family! We are so lucky to have you! 💙💛

**Thank you for always answering the Bat Signal! 🦇 **
