The Town of Bargersville intends to purchase the Waverly Wastewater Treatment Plant from for approximately $6.4 million. Located on the Morgan/Johnson County line, the Waverly WWTP has a capacity of 60,000 gallons/day. Learn more: https://bit.ly/4jZZS0S

The walls are going up on Old Dominion Freight Lines’ new 124-bay terminal under construction in Mooresville Business Park located in Mooresville, Indiana. What a tremendous addition to central Indiana’s booming logistics sector! Congratulations, Mooresville and ODFL. MCEDC is pleased to have assisted with the site search and local tax incentives.
