The Region VII Workforce Development Board (WDB) was created under the federal Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014. WIOA is regulated by the US Department of Labor (DOL). The Region VII WDB is a private non-profit organization. Region VII is one of seven WDB (7) regions in West Virginia. Region VII is composed of a eight (8) county area in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.

We serve the counties of Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Mineral, Morgan, and Pendleton.

WANTED: Eligible youth, motivated-to-work for a 6-week summer 'Learn and Earn" work program! This program will begin on June 17th and will end on July 25th. Duties include: road-side beautification, community garden maintenance, and other duties as assigned by the worksite supervisor. STATE WIOA GUIDELINES DO APPLY.
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 – 4:00; SPOTS ARE LIMITED!
Transportation will be provided.
