Scammers are calling again! Please read the reminders below. The Sheriff's Office will NEVER call you about missing Jury Duty.

The Sheriff's Office has been contacted multiple times in the last few weeks regarding scam callers. We wanted to post a few reminders. The Sheriff's Office will never call you to tell you we are issuing a warrant. We will never call you and ask for payment over the phone. We will also never call you regarding Jury duty. These are all scams. Don't fall for the call. Do not give out any personal information, and end the call.

Small counties, such as Glades County, DO NOT have the Administrative bloat this bill is designed to cut. Reducing an already incredibly tight budget would be devastating for our agency. Please do your research and keep these details in mind when voting.
