Founded in 1969 by Albert Smith and Vernon Hatley, the choir’s mission is to promote gospel music and religious traditions. Under the leadership of **Choir Director Marcus Williams**, **President Jaeda Rodgers**, and **Vice President Devin Watkins**, the choir has recorded albums, toured extensively, and participated in university ceremonies, spreading their powerful message through music.

Known for her dynamic vocals and heartfelt performances, Mary D. Williams brings a soulful presence reminiscent of Mahalia Jackson. A Raleigh, NC native, Mary has captivated audiences across churches, festivals, and major events, sharing the stage with gospel greats like Bobby Jones, Lee Williams & the Spiritual QC’s, and Luther Barnes. Her appearances on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) have further solidified her as a powerhouse in the gospel community.
