While showers and very isolated thunderstorms remain possible overnight, the threat for severe weather has ended. Thus, the Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been cancelled.

7:38pm UPDATE:
The threat for severe weather is decreasing across eastern Ohio, so the Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been CANCELLED for that area.

The watch remains in effect for the rest of our area covering western PA and northern WV.

Please note that not everyone will see severe weather or even a thunderstorm. Storms will be hit-and-miss in coverage, meaning impacts will be fairly localized.

Ensure you have ways to receive the latest warnings and heed those safety actions if a warning is issued for your area.
