Let's help out one of our students...

A young boy in our 2nd grade is one of 4 semi-finalists for Niantic Children’s museums' “Make Up Your Own Holiday Day” contest!

Please VOTE for his suggestion of “NATIONAL TRANSFORMER DAY!”

Vote for it by LIKING the National Transformer Day IMAGE or write in the comments below under the image “I vote for National Transformer Day!”

Voting ends this tomorrow, Wednesday, April 1. The winning holiday will be announced on April 3! The museum will also celebrate the holiday (creatively adapted 😉) at the Museum later this year!

There are three angles to his National Transformer Day:

-Transformers like every kid’s favorite Autobots and Decepticons

-Transform into what you want to be

-Transformer electrical device that transfers electrical energy between circuits by changing voltage levels through electromagnetic induction.

ok all...here are 3ish ways to help the kids and the school right off the bat

1. join the lunch bunch and help kindergarteners and 1st graders with opening items, teaching kids about lunch time expectations. etc.

2. help kindergarten students off the bus at drop off in the morning for the first 7 days of school and get them to their classes/teachers.

3. help stock the staff room with snacks and drinks and support the back to school staff lunch.

Thank you Moodus Icecream for donating the icecream for our 3rd grade social. You always are amazing!
